What happens if I refuse a load of goods offered to me?
We know that not every load can meet every operator's needs, and so if you feel like an offered load isn't a good match for you, we'll be more than happy to continue searching for better matches.
Does RSCP's 24/7 dispatching service handle invoicing? how do I get paid?
RSCP will happily process invoicing for you with a nominal handling rate of $15 per invoice. All freight brokers will [continue to] pay you directly and the speed of payment will be completely dependent on the broker (unless you are partnered with a factoring company).
Will I have to fill out broker packages for brokers which I have never done business with?
No, RSCP will complete all broker packages on your behalf - allowing you to focus on driving and managing your business - and not paperwork.
What kind of brokers do you work with? what load boards do you watch?
RSCP prides itself by only doing business with proven, reputable brokers that have a documented payment record.
What do you need from me to get started?
We'll need your proof of insurance, a copy of your IRS Form W-9, and your Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Motor Carrier (MC) Authority Number.
Do I need to fill out any contracts to begin working with you?
No, RCSP only needs the items mentioned above (See "What do you need from me to get started?") to begin our working relationship.
